What the Warranty Covers, and for how long?
The Scooter is fully covered, including the electronics and battery, for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty doesn’t cover?
Orders for scooters and bikes placed before 1:00pm – Monday to Thursday – will be dispatched same-day with an ETA between 8am to 6pm on the next working day.
Customers have the option to request for next day or 2-3 days delivery. Orders for parts and accessories placed before 1pm from Mondays to Thursdays will be given priority, especially for next day delivery requests.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm to 1pm on Mondays will be processed and dispatched on Monday with an ETA between 8am to 6pm on the next working day.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm to 1pm on Mondays will be processed and dispatched on Monday with an ETA as requested (next day/ 2-3 days).
Orders placed after 1pm on the day before, during the weekend before and throughout bank holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
NB. Late deliveries are expected for orders processed before bank holidays.
Tracking numbers will be provided to customers to enable them redirect parcels or to pick up from the courier depots. Please call us on 02079987374 and choose the customer service option for further assistance.
Original Box and Packaging
Please keep hold of your original box/packaging for at least 30-days in the event you need to return the product to us – Please keep the Electric Scooter box safe.
